Key Responsibilities

- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media and incorporate those insights into our strategy.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, public relations, and product development, to ensure a unified brand message.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, setting budgets, targeting audiences, and analyzing results to optimize performance.
- Plan and execute social media contests and promotions to drive engagement and increase followers.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark against industry standards to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferred in the technology or consumer products sector.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and algorithms.
